The Seventh Annual Heart of VA Bike Fair welcomes all motorcycle and food related vendors at NO COST. Electricity is available to select areas. Set up will be available beginning Friday at 10:00 a.m (September 28th) and Saturday morning at 6:00 a.m (September 29th). Set-up and camping options will be on a first come - first serve basis only. All participating vendors are responsible for any license or insurance required for sale of products offered. All vendors are responsible for clean-up and trash disposal on their site before leaving. This event will be advertised in Thunder Roads Magazine, on many Internet sites and also through statewide flyer distribution. All vendors will need to fill out the form below and mail to the address listed below. Please mail the form no later than August 15^th, 2007.. We can also provide you with flyers for this event upon request. Lodging information is located under lodging and restaurants.
